As an experienced health and social care recruiter, I am using transferrable skills in customer service, advertising and interviewing and caseload management working with the Apprenticeships Team at The Sparsholt College Group.As a Liaison between the employers and learners, I provide advice and guidance on suitable programmes based on the individuals interest, experience and learning experiences in collaboration with local organisations and SMEs.In my spare time, I am part of a local amateur dramatics society, I am a keen tap dancer (to Advanced One level) and volunteer with Sexual Health Services as part of the Health Promotion Team in the NHS.
