I led a 5-star Caribbean resort's Residential Ownership and Hotel Rental programs following a major rebrand, which I supported as a member of the property's executive team. I provided leadership and coaching to a group of 16 direct reports delivering elite Customer Service to the owners of $57M in resort real estate.

In this role, I initiated and maintained the resort's residential and rental programs. I led all residential customer service and liaised among the resort's key stakeholders to meet business objectives. I was responsible for generating and distributing all residential financial reporting and managed all governing document (HOA) meetings.

I convened key stakeholders and led the collaborative creation of a sustainable energy policy for a Caribbean island nation. I established the Anguilla Renewable Energy Office and led all of its activities including National Energy Policy development and promotion, public outreach and presentations, networking, funding, international partnerships, technology tracking and planning. I additionally secured and managed international grant funding for policy development and implementation, resulting in the official adoption of the policy by the Government of Anguilla.

Senegal

I spent 3 years living and working in Senegal, West Africa, initially supporting rural farmers as an Agricultural Extension Volunteer and then working with village and urban entrepreneurs as a Small Business Development Volunteer. All work was conducted in French and/or Pulaar, the primary local language of my assigned region.
