My role of duty manager is to ensure that GRGL operates at profitable standards and that these standards are maintained while at the same time ensuring that all guests staying at GRGL become ambassadors for our game lodge. A personalised and memorable experience should be the goal with every guest encounter. Attention to detail and taking ownership for GRGL and its service delivery should be the at the core of every duty manager.Ensure a quality guest experience with high levels of attention to detail at the Sunset Ridge reception. This included meeting, greeting check-in and out of guests when necessary and hosting guests in the reception area. Checking rooms daily and assisting with housekeeping tasks to ensure the highest level of housekeeping. To manage the Ayana Spa to maximize revenue through treatments, retail and other spa facilities. Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and attention to detail and taking responsibility for any maintenance issue. Working together with the marketing team and the G.M to develop specials and marketing material for Ayana. Managing training of Spa, staff, motivating and developing the Ayana brand.

Doing body and face treatments using Espa Products. Under going training twice a year to keep the Espa standards. Managing my time schedule ensuring guests satisfaction.
