As an English teacher at Indianola Community School District, I am passionate about engaging students with diverse and relevant texts, developing their writing skills, and fostering a love of reading and learning. I have over five years of experience in teaching English at various levels, from elementary to high school, and I have successfully implemented innovative and effective curriculum and assessment strategies. I have also demonstrated supervisory and educational skills by leading and mentoring other teachers, organizing extracurricular activities, and collaborating with parents and administrators. I am always eager to learn new methods and technologies that can enhance my teaching practice and benefit my students.
