I currently manage the marketing and admissions for Crewe Engineering and Design UTC, a school for 14 - 19 year olds which specialises in Engineering and Design. My role involves managing marketing campaigns, social media, events and the website. I also manage the student recruitment process for the school and assist with the employer engagement.

• Written and edited copy for the Careers and Employability Service blog, website, Man Met Life articles and student news.• Created videos for Jobs4Students and career advice videos. The jobs4Students video are also included on these web pages. • Website evaluation – Working with the Marketing and communication coordinator I helped with evaluating the updated student and graduates pages by conducting student focus groups and usability testing. Created an online survey for students to fill out and helped with the promotion of this. To help with the evaluation I also created a questionnaire for the Career advisors to complete to help with forming the questions for focus groups and usability testing.• Used Google analytics to evaluate the page views of teh student pages, employer page paths and bounce rates over year period.• Photography at events - I took photos at some of the careers events such as the Cheshire employer networking café, to help build Careers photo file.• CMS – I used the CMS Terminal 4 to do updates of the Graduate Job and placement fair website. This included adding the promotional video I had editing, adding and removing information continuously on the lead up to the fair. • I helped with the design of the Graduate job and placement fair booklet, creating the table of organisations and helping with the design.
