With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I am a passionate and skilled Program Officer at the Walton Family Foundation, where I have managed a portfolio of grants and initiatives to support high-quality and innovative education models. I have a Masters degree from Indiana University and an extensive background in public policy, relationship development, and portfolio management. Previously, I was the Director of Charter Schools at the Indianapolis Mayor's Office, where I oversaw 35 public charter schools serving more than 15,000 students. I also worked as a Policy Analyst at the Children's Bureau, where I conducted research and evaluation on child welfare policy design.
