Located in America's agricultural heartland, Cargill Protein – North America's Wichita, Kansas, headquarters provides a central location from which domestic and international customers are served.Protein – North America has a diverse 28,000-member team and operates approximately 60 protein facilities, distribution centers, feed mills, hatcheries, and an innovation center in the U.S. and Canada, in addition to maintaining international sales offices.As VP of Human Resources, primary focus areas include leading the people and talent strategy in support of the business and growth strategy, with emphasis in change leadership, team effectiveness, inclusion and diversity, and strategic talent planning.
