As Account manager at ONI Risk I Proactively manage and coordinate all activities related to the service process for both new and renewal business. I am the "point person" for key accounts and am ultimately responsible for the attraction and retention of both new and renewal business. I ensure that the quality of services provided exceeds customer expectations.

Responsible for cross-selling existing health insurance accounts with P&C (focused on municipality business). I handled the entire process from asking for permission to quote in various Board of Public Works meetings to the County Commissioner meetings throughout the State of Indiana. Once permission was granted I met with each department head and completed all applications. The municipalities asset list was reviewd and I took the account to market. Once we succeeded as the successful agency, I would audit the entire account to verify items insured were correct (autos, inland marine equipment, etc.....). I Proactively managed and coordinated all activities related to the wirting and servicing of Municipality business.

As Account Manager at Acordia my charge was to proactively manage and coordinate all activities related to the service process for both new and renewal business. The Commercial Lines Producer relied upon me as the "point person". Ultimately responsible for the attraction and retention of new and renewal business to ensure that the quality of services provided exceeded customer expectations.As Claims Manager I worked as the liason between carrier and customer to assist in the claims handling process. Reserves were discussed with the claims adjuster and monitored. I assisted both clients and carriers with documentation requirements bringing each claim to completion when possible.

As office manager at State Farm I handled all day to day operations of the office, including the interviewing, hiring and training of new employees. In additon, I handled all customer service activities including rating and cross selling to existing accounts (auto, life, health and home).
