I am a veteran of Wall Street, beginning my career at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. I worked for nearly 10 years as an investment banker focusing on the insurance and asset management sectors. I also had an eighteen month stint at Oliver, Wyman & Co., which then specialized in risk management and consulting within the financial services sector. At both companies I was heavily involved in the undergraduate and MBA recruiting processes as well as in training and managing junior staff once they were hired.I am now leveraging my HR experience, my experience as a parent and my depth of experience in the volunteer world in joining Next Great Step as a Career Coach for College Students and Recent Grads.
