Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 3.1 million facility, including membership, programs, facility management, human resources, information systems and risk management. Under my leadership, I was able to successfully increase key revenue points while responding to the needs of our members, such as families, through targeted program development. During our transition period while searching for an executive director:I oversaw the Annual Support Campaign and headed the Major Gifts portion, which raised $60,000.I worked hand in hand with the Board President on reports and strategic planning. Membership and programs grew and exceeded budget at 8%. I oversaw the construction of our new Youth Fitness Center. Created and presented the next fiscal year budget to the Finance Committee and the Board for approval. Prior to the transition:Improve and increase programming to meet the needs of the community and to address childhood obesity by collaborating with the Burbank School District to provide Youth Fitness in schools that improved children's overall fitness by over 10%. Started the first Youth Fitness Center, which was the first of its kind in the west coast. Address the Health Seeker need by adding Fitlinxx program. Increased member retention from 65% to 70% as a result of the Fitlinxx Program. Increased membership revenue by 50% and overall revenue by 55%.
