Sales Operations Analyst - Deal Desk Manager, Uk
CurrentDrive revenue by working cross-functionally between sales, pricing, legal, underwriting, compliance, and other subject matter experts in an effort to optimize SLA’s to drive improved cycle times for our sales team.• Serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to the sales organization and support functions to facilitate complex deal processes• Manage the internal processes of our top deals and RFP pipeline, prioritizing strategic, high-value opportunities for the organization through a consultative and strategic approach• Proactively manage strategic deal & RFP opportunity pipeline, potential deal challenge, and lead communication with sales leadership • Collaborate cross-functionally across all areas of the business to help elevate deal structuring• Serve as an escalation point across stakeholders to identify friction points within sales processes and help move deals forward• Optimize and manage a continuous deal pipeline by ensuring sales follows deal desk guidelines• Drive deal acceleration through holistic reviews of segments, pro-actively review/vet deals in the sales pipeline• Create and maintain standard documentation and improve governance• Identify and present process improvement opportunities• Serve as a subject matter expert for market processes, requirements, and process improvement opportunities to both sales and revenue operations leadership• Reduce friction between Sales & Cross Functional teams to accelerate deals
