Lead People Business Partner for GTM, Product, and G&A teams. Partner with Executive and VP level leaders on strategic business initiatives. Advise management on employee development, people programs, and team planning. Partner with leadership on various change management events, including changes in executive leadership, reduction in force events, compensation philosophies, and Org restructures. Partner with People Programs team and client groups on Talent Management programs including performance reviews and talent reviews. Partner closely with the Total Rewards, People Operations, DEI, L&D, and Talent Acquisition teams.

People business partnering with all of our G&A groups. Partner with executive, leadership, and the HRBP team on employee engagement, employee relations, talent management and insights, organizational design, and change management across the company.Own the Talent Management strategy and initiatives, including semi-annual performance review and promotion process. Developed and manage a semi-annual Talent Review process with the PBP teams. The program supports leaders in long-term org planning, including focused development plans for high performing employees, and succession planning. Partner closely with People Operations and Total Rewards to run our quarterly talent management programs effectively.

Sr. People Business Partner to our AdRoll business unit. Partnering with leadership of all levels and employees on employee relations, organizational design, employee engagement, talent management, and talent insights. Work in tandem with the AdRoll President and the Sr. Leadership team to ensure we have the right people programs, goals, and focus areas in place to align our talent with the short and long term business goals.

Implemented and ran many new HR programs, including a performance review program, onboarding and welcome training, and a wellness program. Partnered with managers from all groups and locations on employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, learning and development, benefits, reporting, and employee surveys.
