Project Manager
Current- Develop and manage grant agreements, project budgets, progress reports, and administrative project requirements with the goal of delivering projects on time and on budget
- Manage a portfolio of projects, simultaneously
- Coordinate and attend internal team meetings to track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables and keep the team on target
- Utilize accounting and project management software to enter data, track and reconcile budgets, and update labor resource planning
- Use project management tools to analyze and summarize project data (e.g., budgeting, planning, staffing)
- Develop and negotiate contracts with external project partners under varying funding sources
