North American Customer Success Manager
CurrentAs the North American Customer Success Manager my team of up tp 7 customer success specialist and I manage up to 13 global medical accounts as well as an additional 125 accounts (over 1000+ custom items) throughout North America produced across multiple manufacturing sites and $56M in annual revenue.The management of these accounts includes development and review of customer scorecards, NPS management, business reviews, order management (expedite requests, processing purchase orders, internal/external requests for changes), credit lines, custom property management, as well as contract negotiation (supply agreement, T&C, product price). All while collaborating with multiple departments (internally/externally) to insure safety/quality measures both on site and for patient usage is followed, and people management of my team. I am driven to be a change agent to improve the life of those around me both in the business and as an end user.
