My practice includes assisting high net worth individuals in implementing sophisticated estate plans focusing on tax planning and wealth preservation. I also advise clients on formation and operational issues relating to family planning vehicles and closely held businesses in the form of Delaware partnerships and limited liability companies in all types of transactions, including financing, restructuring, and dissolution.Additionally, I represent fiduciaries, whether financial institutions, trust companies, or individuals, as well as beneficiaries, in the administration of estates and trusts. This practice includes assisting with questions of, or matters relating to, fiduciary duties, the administration, construction, and interpretation of trust instruments, the creation and modification of Delaware trusts and/or the relocation of existing trusts to Delaware, among others.Outside of work I am also heavily involved in the Delaware State Bar Association where I have held various roles over the past 6 years, with most recent role being as a member of the Trust Act Committee. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, cooking, hiking, and giving back to my community through volunteer work with local organizations.
