- Process payroll bi-weekly in ADP for 75-100 employees and maintain the payroll data base in ADP by mapping general ledger accounts, entering garnishments, and auditing deductions - Own compliance with all record keeping ensuring employee files are up to date and accurate on an ongoing basis- Assist the team with new employee onboarding and benefit enrollment at multiple websites - Administer the Company's benefit package including health and dental insurance, life insurance, 401k enrollment and club memberships. Assist with open enrollment, communications and field employee questions working closely with our benefits broker to resolve issues- Submit invoices to the accounting department for payment by assigning GL #'s and verifying invoice totals - multiple insurance invoices, temporary labor invoices, and miscellaneous vendors- Gather and organize payroll data for annual insurance audits for 3 companies - Submit worker's compensation reports and follow-up data to insurance companies as needed
