Controller/Accounting Manager who is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. Mrs. Glickman is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. She ensures transactions are properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position requires flexibility, constant communication and multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year end audit preparation and the support of CoverEDGE, Inc. managing 10 separate QuickBook Accounts. Mrs. Glickman works directly under the Operations Manager and the Owner of the Company which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.Mrs. Glickman also acts as the HR Manager and assists the HR Consultant to ensure employees and the Company are compliant with Federal, State and Local Laws. Mrs. Glickman handles Accounts Payable along with Operations Manager including Vendor communications, process 1099s annually, pay vendors in a timely manner and ensure Vendor information is accurate.Other job duties are as follows; Processing Payroll, answering calls when needed, filing Sales and Use tax, filing and organizing documents, Assist with Accounts Receivables and client communications.

Her quick skills and knowledge of accounting, invoicing and business administration are valuable assets and continue to grow with experience. As a Senior Accounts Manager for our sister company, Integrated Benefit Services, Beth plays double duty running the FSA, HRA, HSA, COBRA, and Direct Bill for over 35 clients. This includes processing COBRA and Direct Bill payments, managing terminations and elections, 125 FSA plat forms, 132 Transportation and HRA/HSA processing.
