CurrentECONorthwest is an economics, finance, and land-use consulting firm. I work as a policy analysis and planner, focusing on policy-making from a market perspective. My clients are typically jurisdictions or private clients the western U.S.. My job is to provide high-quality information to help my clients make good public policy decisions, focusing on economic development, housing needs, affordable housing, urban form, and other public policy issues.I joined ECONorthwest as a research analyst in 2005 and was promoted to project manager in 2006. In 2018, I was promoted to project director. I support, manage and now direct projects such as housing needs analysis, housing policy analysis, economic opportunities analysis, urban growth boundary analysis, market analysis, surveys, and other analysis. In 2021, I became ECONorthwest’s human capital liaison, assuming responsibilities for supporting management and professional development of ECONorthwest’s staff.
