• Assist the land administration department in the overview of data input into the land administration software system being implemented• Assist the legal department in due diligence matters, including title and ALTA surveys, for renewable projects in the acquisition, development or construction phases as needed• Review and implement land administration policies and procedures for project data management

Oversee detailed real estate due diligence and secure title insurance policies and ALTA land surveys for multi-million dollar project financing and JV partner transactions as a member of a cross-functional development team that includes internal and external stakeholders.

Facilitate the closing of multi-million dollar projects (primarily wind farm developments) by assisting in the underwriting and preparation of title insurance commitments, proformas and policies, review project surveys, provide extensive amounts of customer service working mainly with developer’s and lender’s counsel, close files and report premium and policies
