Relationships in all spheres of life are incredibly important to me. I'm passionate about really listening to people to get to the root of their problems and understand their goals. My favourite moments are seeing solutions developed that radically improve people's experiences, both in my personal and professional life.Working with Xacom has given me opportunities to be part of developing meaningful and impactful solutions for the healthcare industry. Part of my role is connecting with executives and management in the aged care and hospital space to understand their key needs, challenges and goals. I lead our business development and marketing efforts, and use my consultative approach to deeply understand and provide value to our clients and sector. Mentoring younger people is something that I see as incredibly important. I have greatly benefited and have grown because of dedicated, wise mentors in my life. In both my professional and personal life I have mentored a number of young people and it has been my pleasure to be part of seeing teenagers and university students flourish in their relationships, studies and self understanding.
