• Event Management: Manage all public events held at Gaia Herbs, including “public open houses”, retailer farm visits, VIP/media visits, and other special programs. This includes tactical activities and overseeing their timely completion. Manage the tactical execution of national and regional trade shows, for both the Retail and Health Professional divisions, including the sourcing of giveaways/premiums, preparing info packages, developing booth traffic promotion programs, booth planning and shipping, and more. • Sales Support: Creating and maintain sales promo materials and spreadsheets. Marketing Support: Assisting and implementing all marketing strategies by developing various elements essential for the growth of a company. Event Management: Responsible for arranging the schedule, organizing speakers/entertainment, choosing vendors, procuring accommodations, creating and distributing marketing materials (invitations, flyers, advertisements,), and arranging transportation for attendees. Supervising onsite the day of the event to oversee set-up or perform the set-up, and to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Entry of customer orders and returns, manage incoming customer calls, problem solving for customer issues, and other duties as requested Office Management: responsible for management of Process Pro database and; management of multi phase phone systems, maintenance of company price sheets and order forms using excel spread sheets, manage promotional orders for key account customers Logistics Management: managed correspondence with customers, acted as liaison with all outside representatives for Gaia.
