Currently an account management specialist on the Global Auto Account Management team at J.D. Power.For over ten years, I was a skilled and capable member of the corporate FP&A team - an experienced Essbase, TM1, NetSuite, Salesforce and Coupa user, and contributor and manager of the annual planning process. Internal customer service focus is providing actionable analysis to management, including forecasting and budget variances and trending for annual planning.Armed with a degree in education and some knowledge of office management, I re-entered the fulltime workforce after spending time as mother to my two daughters. I secured employment with a Tier 1 automotive supplier (Valeo Wiper Systems), where I worked as a human resources assistant, specializing in international assignments. Specifically, I worked with the international employees and facilitated their moves to the United States, including working with the immigration law firm, local realtors and schools to ensure a smooth transition to life in the United States. I spent a half year as acting training coordinator, setting up and monitoring the training plans for all employees in our division.I left Valeo to pursue career progression, and spent some time as a contracted employee at Volkswagen of America. I worked with the super user group for the parts distribution network SAP conversion from a legacy system, assisting the change management lead in communications, offsite workgroup sessions and also worked with the finance manager to process purchase orders and vendor payments.In August 2001, I took a position at J.D. Power and Associates as a senior administrative assistant with the Commercial Vehicle Group, where half my were managing the group's budget and financial performance. Through years of "learning by doing" and increased responsibilities, I was eventually moved to the corporate finance department, where I'm now an active contributor to our team's development and success.
