As Operations Manager, I lead on the development and delivery of a range of programmes designed to support young people in exploring STEM.

- Managed STEM programme delivery including a growing team of STEM Ambassadors, coordinating attendance at STEM events across the country including New Scientist Live and the Big Bang Fair. - Developed and delivered Wessex Archaeology's award winning formal and informal learning programme, via schools, nationwide events and online. - Managed loan box resources, containing both genuine and replica artefacts focussing on different historical periods. - Built partnerships with Universities across the UK to support students studying a range of subjects with careers Q&As and a pilot mentor programme.

Worked with NECT on the Warwick Bridge Corn Mill Restoration project, which aimed to restore the mill back to working order. - Liaised with local schools to arrange visits to the site and educational activities. - Built a volunteer base to assist in the running and maintenance of the Mill. - Developed relationships with local schools to develop and deliver a new learning programme. - Delivered Heritage Open Days and other events.

I was an English Conversation Assistant at a high school in Catalonia, Spain. - Lead conversation practise with students of various ages to improve their spoken English. - Created lesson plans for small groups for conversation practise and full lessons. - Assisted the main teachers to aid dictation, reading and gave presentations on cultural subjects. - Lead conversation practise with teachers wishing to improve their conversational English.

I completed a four month trainee-ship with the landscape partnership Saltscape. - Managed a volunteer project to restore 18 grade 2 listed mileposts along the Trent and Mersey Canal. - Designed and led exhibition training for volunteers, then produced an exhibition displaying the results of a community archaeology project. - Collated data and feedback from the project and contributed to the final report. I gained a St John Ambulance First Aid certificate and attended training courses such as accessibility in museums, how to create interpretive panels and leading guided walks. I also worked with the Social Media team to promote the project and recruit volunteers, and created resources for open days. I assisted with the running of the 2017 North West Industrial Archaeology Conference, and acted as Saltscape's representative on the day, liaised with speakers and ensured the smooth running of the conference.

- As an Explainer I performed learning experiences including assisting with historical machinery demonstrations.- Facilitated educational and public programmes for a range of audiences.- Prepared and set up equipment for the delivery of live programmes.

I facilitated educational activities for pupils of various ages, and helped develop and deliver public events. Set up and dismantled equipment used for events and activities and supervised volunteers during events.

Eight week work placement on the Digging In project. - Developed and delivered educational activities for pupils of all ages. - Assisted in the delivery of cultural heritage open days, and organised an event independently.- Created displays for events using Microsoft Office software, and gave presentations to local groups to promote the project.
