Previously employed within a luxury Bed and Breakfast establishment, where I worked to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is met throughout the house. I was able to prioritise tasks appropriately and work against time limits. I supported other members of the team by carrying out waitress duties throughout the day and help to organise events such as meetings, weddings, parties etc. I ensured that all guests were greeted with a friendly face and tend to their needs to allow a comfortable stay.

Working within a fast food industry I was able to prepare food while following health and safety procedures within the store and adhering to food hygiene standards. I communicated well with customers both front of house and whilst answering telephone calls. I was able to deal with customer concerns and complaints and ensuring customers were left with a positive experience. During this time I was able to learn the business side of things, by completing start and end of day paper work, ensuring all deliveries were in order and appropriate stock was requested. I have also gained experience in money handling during times of cashing up.
