Health Fidelity delivers Natural Language Processing (NLP) and big data analytics powered risk adjustment solutions for risk-bearing organizations that participate in Medicare Advantage, ACA, Medicaid, and Medicare ACO programs. Drove the strategy and roadmap for Health Fidelity’s flagship product, HCC Scout, as it matured from a proof of concept to a scalable medical coding product. Later managed two products, our newest product targeting health care providers and our analytics and suspect generation engine. Key launches:• Event Based Data Pipeline - As part of a strategic initiative to centralize risk adjustment data, defined requirements and drove cross product test plan for an event based data pipeline. This data pipeline will be used to build a data store to source a data warehouse with the goal of driving innovation and new products. • Performance and Scalability - Lead project that improved response times for key user actions by 800% and decreased the server size required to host the software by 50%.• Analytics Product to Platform - Transformed a stand alone product that generated and delivered suspected chronic diagnoses in the form of analytics and reports to a suspect generation platform that is used by multiple products. Enabled expansion into the provider market by integrating suspected conditions into EMRs.

I was hired by Accenture out of college as a Business Analyst and have had assignments with increasing responsibility, growing to manage products and facilitate teams. • During my first two years I worked as Application Lead and Product Manager with the government office that manages revenue received for mineral leases on Federal or tribal lands. I returned there a year later as Data Validation Testing Lead to deliver data validation testing for 90+ reports and dashboards. I also worked a project for a telecommunications company working on tools to track small business marketing campaigns. • After transferring to San Francisco, I was Technical Analyst Lead for a platform of technologies that manage and track channel programs and partners for a global technology manufacturer.• After California’s Healthcare Exchange application launched, I was Operational Analytics and Reports Lead, working on meeting the increasing demand for metrics and planning the implementation of the data warehouse.
