CurrentServe as the primary bank contact for handling all of your assigned Management Company Customer needs including account setup and maintenance, transaction inquiries, and general account or system questions or concerns, etc.• Know and understand assigned accounts, customers and build relationships with key contacts.• Provide guidance, support, and best practices for understanding their business and systems.• Assist customers to improve their processes or learn how to self-serve where available. • Resolve concerns a client has sent utilizing multiple ways to find missing data points and complete root cause analysis to be able to respond with answers and solutions.
