Windows and Devices GroupSenior Technical Producer:Collaborated with Xbox Engineering teams and Xbox Hardware teams to launch Xbox One S and X, working through the lifecycles of development prototypes to final production units. Oversaw Xbox Executive Live Demo experiences in public and internal settings and was responsible to troubleshoot any technical issues. Worked hand in hand with internal and external partners to create optimal environments for successful public demos at Xbox experiential marketing events. Oversaw setup and management of technical and network infrastructures including hiring and managing all technical support, demo support and network support teams. Negotiated all network bandwidth requirements and costs associated for the administration of said networks. Managed all technical and property infrastructure inventory in multiple warehouse locations. Ensured all technology was up to date and functional. Managed budgets ranging from $100K to $2M. Developed, implemented, and updated all hardware and gaming assets security processes and procedures, and communicated the out to Microsoft Xbox teams, agencies, and stake holders. Project Manager:Owned Xbox presence at San Diego Comic-Con, PAX West, and PAX East. (Penny Arcade Expo), and New York Comic Con. Hired and managed Creative, Logistics, and Production agencies and approved booth build and branding. Responsible for overseeing shipping, booth build, production crews, PR and Marketing teams, Event Registration, and Hotel needs, and overall project budgets. Worked directly with Event owners on booth size and placement, plus all ancillary events. Lead cross-organizational meetings will all event stake holders. Additionally, owned and supervised Xbox physical placement partnership with Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise lines, and Disney Vacation Club properties, ensuring sponsorship needs and capitalizing on all branding opportunities within the parks and properties.
