Founding and leading the UK’s first peer and youth led service for young people experiencing trauma and mental health difficulties. The charity expanded rapidly, won awards and worked with over 200 young people across the UK with a small team of staff and volunteers - all young adults with their own lived experience of distress, trauma and mental health difficulties. Hearts & Minds is currently dormant.
