I hired and interviewed applicants for job positions. Managed all employee's payroll, benefits, human resources, safety and schedules. I handled all aspects of employee's services and resources. This involved data entry, administrative work and employee counseling. I worked with the store management, the union, human resources and risk management on behalf of each employee. Yet, it was up to me that the store ran smoothly and efficiently.
