Work in an account mgr role assisting our Premier Clients with Allscripts related issues. Managing the clients accounts to ensure a successful partnership with Allscripts.

Provide process-focused consultative services to new and existing clients to ensure optimal use of the software. These consultative services include:- Supporting workflow analysis with clients - Conducting system testing- Product training- Contributing to and enhancing documentation, process flows, and trainingmaterials specific to clients use and application of their software.- Supporting process redesign and improvement initiatives • Complete the required project deliverables in accordance with the timeline• Identify, document, and work towards the resolution of all product implementation issues • Schedule and coordinate all assigned tasks and activities with stakeholders and project leader(s) • Provide weekly progress reports to manager(s) • Presentation and speaking before groups of all sizes for the purpose of education, case study presentations, supporting implementations • Interface at all levels of organization(s), including internal and client management • Perform other duties as required by business conditions or as assigned.• Ability to perform these duties at the client site as well as remotely.

Responsible for working with vendors using EDI as a clearinghouse for ANSI 837/835 Transactions for both Professional and Facility claims.

Product Trainer for Practice Management Software for Providers office. Trained on use of three different software packages for medical billing. Also trained on the DENIS system used for eligibility for BCBSM.
