Beth is a passionate educator, researcher, public speaker, inspector and an experienced media commentator on the health and wellbeing of young people. Cognisant of the dichotomy of opportunity and challenge posed by AI, and the importance of an integrated and collaborative approach to it, she works regularly with people of all ages in a range of organisations, educational establishments and football clubs.She has extensive experience as a school leader in the state and independent sector, across all age ranges, in the UK and globally, and ha supported over 100 schools worldwide to ensure that wellbeing was clearly, strategically and meaningfully put at the heart of school life. It is something she believes should be a key priority across all organisations that educate and work with young people.Beth's particular interest on the impact of technology on our relationships and the ability to focus, and to learn led to her first global report - titled 'How to empower digital agency - in students, for students, with students'. She is now researching for her second, titled 'Tech and the Talented' - this focuses on the impact of technology on the performances, relationships and wellbeing of young athletes.Beth specialises in simplifying and clarifying evidence and research around wellbeing in a relatable, practical and empathetic way. Whether she is working with adolescents or adults, individuals or organisations, she empowers people to have agency over their own wellbeing and digital habits, optimising potential and improving workplace or school culture.
