As a customer service specialist at Eduphoria, I leveraged my 13+ years of experience in student assessment, data analysis, and accountability to provide expertise and support for Axiom, a Texas Education Accountability Software, in partnership with ESC Region 10. I am passionate about delivering the best solutions and service for campus, district staff, and stakeholders, and contributing to the mission and vision of the organization.In this role, I taught usage, handled inquiries, concerns, and feedback from users, and ensured that technical issues were promptly and effectively resolved. I also submitted feature requests to increase user satisfaction and retention. In addition, I collaborated with the development and leadership teams, as well as the technical writers to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement and enhancement. I have a strong proficiency in databases, Eduphoria, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office, which I use to manage, analyze, and report data efficiently and accurately.
