I am the Global Product Manager for a portfolio of pharmaceutical inactive ingredients manufactured and sold globally. I am responsible for managing product portfolio complexity, facilitating alignment between global sales requirements and internal marketing capabilities, and supply chain continuous improvement.

As an Inside Sales Representative, I am responsible for the growth and support of the Performance Coatings Group. I manage value-added customer relationships and proactively support efficient customer service. I assist with sampling and product recommendations to customers across the Coatings group.

As a Procurement Analyst, I was responsible for providing support and analysis in provision of organizational objectives and plant operations within the Operations department. I developed and managed projects to deliver reduced costs and supply assurances for an assigned portfolio. Additionally, I identified and exploited processes and procedures to synergize both North American and global operations. I managed both the Raw Material Forecasting and Risk Mitigation processes, among others.

I developed pricing strategies for freight lanes across North America. I also processed freight tenders and managed truck shipments to ensure deadlines were met in a timely and accurate manner. I maintained my own book of business in supply chain management on a daily basis and operated consistently above goal revenue. I managed difficult conversations to avoid potential customer and employee relations issues.

I designed a marketing and growth strategy for the historical Hoosier Gym in Knightstown, Indiana. A team of 10 students and I performed market research and analyzed various demographics in order to increase revenue and assist the gym in operatiing as a viable business.

I managed a product recall and while working to maintain the customer base in a large, diverse dental company. I integrated the various company entities with a common language, primarily through re-designing and implementing an employee training program.
