Consultancy Services in Philanthropy and Organizational StrategyHa-Mapah- literally “the tablecloth” - was the seminal work of Rabbi Moshe Isserlis on Jewish law that is embedded in the Shulchan Aruch (literally “Set Table”) of R. Joseph Karo. It is an in-line interpretation of Jewish law that, among many other things, helped to explain the complexities of the law to lay-people. I chose this name for my LLC because as a consultant to Jewish organizations and agencies, I see it as my role to illuminate the vast elements of philanthropy in practice so that they seamlessly advance the cause of any endeavor. • Supervised and directed the work of National Women’s Philanthropy, National Young Leadership, Young Adult Populations, OTZMA, and other FRD initiatives • Spearheaded strategies for campaign development, leadership and engagement • Supervised 10 direct reports and a combined staff of over 30 people • Collaborated with organizations and entrepreneurs to enrich and strengthen Jewish community • Introduced innovative ideas and processes and mentored many professionals who now lead departments, programs and federations • Led many campaign missions to Israel and across 3 continents, demonstrating the impact of our work, inspiring new leadership and raising critical funds

• Directed all operations, programs and services of NWP • Reimagined the NWP Board, developed revitalized leadership for the national system, as well as for the local communities • Advanced the fundraising for the Lion of Judah Endowment with a result of over $600 million in pledged assets • Supported an annual campaign of close to $200 million from Women’s Philanthropy departments across North America • Led 3 highly successful biennial International Lion of Judah Conferences, breaking previous records by raising $27 million to start the year’s campaign

• Led the programs, services and events of the NYL Department for both outreach to new populations as well as cultivating the elite NYL Cabinet program • Developed new curriculum and implemented new strategic plan • Directed annual Cabinet retreats providing training, networking and inspiration, raising close to $4 for annual campaign and endowments • Created and implemented Tel Aviv One, a groundbreaking engagement and leadership development conference raising over $2 million

• First director of the newly reconstructed and reimagined 14th Street Y, fostering a thriving Jewish community center reflecting the rhythm and vibe of the East Village • On 9/11 and its aftermath, led the 14th Street Y in anchoring the community and creating a base for NYPD and NYFD as they addressed needs below 14th Street • Created the Downtown Kehillah, a consortium of 10 downtown synagogues from non-denominational to Chabad, to work together towards common goals • With Town & Village Synagogue, implemented free High Holiday Services for hundreds of people each year, which continues to this day
