Implementation and client support of the QESTLab and QESTField quality engineering laboratory information management system (LIMS) platforms. Engage clients in understanding their materials testing lab processes to configure software to these processes. Assist clients in the creation of standard laboratory operating procedures in order to most efficiently and effectively utilize the Spectra QEST products.
