Enterprise Communications Specialist
Current● Work closely with senior leaders and their teams to develop and deliver messages that impact our associates and how we deliver patient care.● Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic communications that reflect the voice of our associates.● Support the development and growth of an effective two-way communication strategy throughout the enterprise with our associate app, Nemours Now.● Identify relevant communications and engagement opportunities and evaluate their effectiveness through analytics.● Write and edit a wide range of content in various formats for various platforms.● Oversee and / or support Town Hall meetings and other enterprise-wide associate events or initiatives.● Manage logistical elements with multimedia / partner teams to deliver successful and informative events, and coordinate post-event communication as needed.● Manage and contribute to the editorial content of the weekly enterprisewide newsletter, local weekly newsletter(s) and supporting elements of the organization’s associate communications app and intranet, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information distributed.● Develop presentations, FAQs, leader talking points, and messages to associates for key internal projects, processes / policies or initiatives.● Support the Enterprise Communications team with emergency management needs, including, but not limited to, Incident Command System response and other critical Incident / crisis duties.● Join periodic on-call rotation to ensure support of Nemours Children’s operational emergencies (approximately once every 4-5 weeks).
