I spent these twelve months increasing team capability, use of Unipart Way Tools and engagement.Following this, I have been focused on the improvement and standardization of our 75 processes, utilizing my lean six sigma skills. During 2022 my key focus was the implementation of Dayforce HCM across all Unipart divisions in the UK.My key areas of focus were Core HR, Employee Self Service, Onboarding & Performance, whilst working closely with the WFM & Payroll workstreams.
