The Head of Retail responsibilities is to create and deliver a strategy to form a Retail arm for the business together with the ongoing management of all existing stores, and research, selection and project management of all new stores. The Customer Contact Centre is a core function of the business, its role is to process all sales orders, as well as the service center for all consumer queries.
