Provide leadership in NCE and coaching others in TPM methodology within NCE/TPM. Building competency in team members on NCE concepts and provide training to both individuals and workgroups. Conduct team audits to provide feedback to the teams. Provide summary data feedback both written and orally. Able to link gives and gets between Pillars as well as participatie in Pillar system owner meetings. Provide support to workgroups with NCE/TPM initiatives. Able to discuss opportunities with management,Engineering,Maintenance, outside vendors and floor team members.Support and execute daily NCE activities along with special projects as needed.

Overseen lablers,casers and Alveys. Assisted with Maintenance technicians in fixing down machines, performed Quality assurance checks to be sure product was correct and in acceptable condition per quality standards, Ran TPM workgroup meetings, tracked inventory and verified product needed for jobs was available as well as returning any unused product to the wearhouse. I also filled in on the production line as need running machines in my area.
