Developed engaging, SCORM compliant, interactive lessons for employees in the motor vehicle industry using Articulate and Adobe products. TxDMV partners with the county tax assessor-collectors in the state to provide service to approximately 23 million customers. Program management for the Counties Training Program, an eLearning program for county staff and department personnel to teach title and registration statutes, policies, and procedures that are needed to successfully handle vehicle title and registration transactions, including excellent customer service and CRM software training. I administered the division's LMS for 3000 users across the state's 254 county tax assessor-collector offices. I provided eLearning design expertise to develop interactive lessons from designs in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint sources, provided by SMEs, and then to published SCORM-compliant lessons onto the learning management system (LMS), which is Articulate Online. I provided effective training points and created knowledge checkpoints, graphics, and visual features that engaged, reinforced, and enhanced the experience of learners. There are approximately 40 eLearning courses presently being delivered statewide. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures regarding eLearning and had proven experience; initiative and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

As Head of eLearning, I worked with colleagues across all levels in the college to develop a strategic approach to technology-enhanced learning. I was part of the Quality, Staff Development, and Teacher Training team, where I managed a small team of instructional and curriculum designers charged with developing a framework and strategy to move the college to a blended learning model. This involved every department in the college, tasking me with cross-functional team leadership. The crux of my role was to provide support for enhancing learning and the student experience through the facilitation of innovation, creativity, process improvement, change management, and knowledge transfer concerning e-learning. I also spent time as an instructor on University of Hertfordshire courses on web design and development, social media in education, and graphic design for small businesses using Macromedia products, including Dreamweaver, Flash, Shockwave, Fireworks in addition to Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
