• Handle all aspects of event management for the Dallas office, working with attorneys, staff, and clients to schedule and set up meetings, seminars, receptions, trainings, and other special events
• Consult with event hosts to organize and plan details such as agenda, number of persons expected, space desired, presentations, and food service schedule
• Execute all details for meetings and events by coordinating with external and internal clients, conference services staff, and outside vendors, including selecting and ordering food, linen rentals, flower arrangements.
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining the audio-visual equipment for the conference center
• Manage conference services staff and communicate daily expectations and responsibilities with conference services staff and others involved with meetings/events, IT, Operations, Reception etc.
• Responsible for maintaining 15 conference rooms and 7 visiting attorney offices, as well as updating and maintaining the outlook calendar for all bookings
