My current role is the process and outsourcing lead inside the litigation team at Capital One. My main responsibilities are identifying areas of inefficiency and adapting current or creating new processes to ensure the team is running to its full potential. I also create and manage a third party team allowing them to assist the Litigation team with various areas of responsibilities such as running reports and drafting documents. In my role I also assist the contacts team with their monthly audit as well as complete quality assurance checks for various areas of the legal department.My previous experiences are from a legal background as well as customer service/facing roles which means I have developed skills in deescalation, working in a busy and stressful environment as well as hitting all deadlines and ensuring clients have the best experience.I am currently on the Multiverse data apprenticeship where I will be graduating as a Level 3 Data Technician, this course has widened my knowledge on how to get insights through data via excel/google sheets and will teach me how to use automation and visualisation tools such as Tableau. In the future I hope to progress to Level 4 where I will be taught how to become more efficient at SQL and python. In addition to this I am in training to become qualified in Six Sigma, I am currently at the white belt stage but I will have completed black belt in the next couple of months, as well as the LEAN methodology. I am an extremely fast and efficient worker without this effecting the quality of work, I am currently working at an Exceptional level in my role always striving to be the best and enhance my skills and knowledge.
