Report to the Director of DoD Programs, provide program administration and recruiting assistant for multiple contracts. Assist with recruiting and selection of new employees to include resume searches, reviews and the on boarding process. Ensure applicants are properly aligned with job qualifications by studying job description and job requirements. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with various managers. Manage internal and external travel requests in accordance with DoD, U.S. Army, prime contractor and internal regulations, policies, processes and procedures. Perform a variety of administrative and records management functions within the program to ensure contractual compliance of company personnel. Prepare program related documentation and participate in administrative and technical reviews. Answer daily RFIs on deployment, medical, administrative work, expenses and schedule for Prime Contractor and US Government. Maintain and update each contract SharePoint site with personnel information and contract specific documents and deliverables for audits. Produce, submit and track all deliverables to each Prime Contractors including cost reports, modifications, travel expense, invoices and reports. Develop and submits recommendations to senior leadership regarding process improvement. Enforce all policies, processes and regulations in accordance with the Telesis and the Director of DoD Programs guidance. Represent Director of DoD Programs during task order specific meetings. Provide support to Human Resources Department with form templates. Assume role as Facility Security Officer for all DoD Programs. Ensure security measures are maintained within the facility. Maintain and update all visit requests, ensure all employees are within scope of clearances. Continually reference and read the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual to ensure compliance of all security measures.
