I recognized my strength in analytics early in my career and that strength has catapulted me into numerous roles, many of which I was able to consult on large projects. Starting fresh out of college I worked with first time home buyers to get them into their dream house. Unfortunately, due to the economic downturn I transitioned into the insurance market where I cut my teeth on analytics (and even landed The Hartford's prestigious Excellence Award). There I also earned my Series 6. Thanks to my drive and talent with analytics I was given the opportunity to collaborate on a massive system deployment to automate compliance intervention for thousands of clients. I then was able to join the IT side of MassMutual (now Empower) as a Business Consultant and began working as an IT QA Test Lead as a stretch role and assist numerous projects (large and small) to production.
