Managed and modernized complete material supply inventories for this Start-Up. Shipping, receiving, and inventory control of bulk and Finished Good products. Prepared documentation for domestic and International shipments; including all export documentation. MRO Purchasing, supplier and facilities contact. Interface with multiple departments on internal demands on Production & external customers to meet shipping needs• Designed and implemented complete inventory control system ROSS ERP• Launched Centralized Purchasing under one department• Negotiated with Suppliers to reduce COG and in order to ramp up and to reduce lead times.

Managed daily operations of two stockroom environments including but not limited to shipping, receiving, inventory control, and service departments.
