My career as an interior designer started after graduation in Portland OR, where I worked for a few architecture firms over a 7 year period on healthcare, education and commercial projects.I started my Montana career at CTA, which is now Cushing Terrell. I left the firm to work at a furniture and office supply company and specialized in design and sales of office furniture. Some of my career was also at MCPS, working in facilities and HR rolls before returning back to the building industry. For a few years I was a selection’s coordinator/project manager at a construction company.Returning to Cushing Terrell, my work emphasis has been in healthcare. Working with all disciplines to design these facilities. Our firm works in multiple vertical markets which allows the experience of various fields. I have volunteered with many organizations over the years, including leadership in the Portland organization of IIDA which is a national interior design association. Many of my volunteer hours have been spent on children's organization which I am now a member of Missoula Sentinel Kiwanis.My hobbies have included many craft things, like jewelry and candle making. We also enjoy outdoor activities and travel.
