Responsible for the administrative and clerical responsibilities of the corporate regional office in Minnesota. This includes but not limited to supervising all administrative staff, managing the posting of all daily transactions and depositing, processing weekly payable log, weekly selection for office bills that need to be paid. Collect all outstanding money as well as keeping up with the Aging report. Overseeing account management consisting of filing transactions setting up new accounts, logging complaints, file maintenance, checking reports and explaining them when needed. Processing any insurance claims from customers or workers comp claims initiated by office employees with the risk management department. Work to build rapport with employees from all levels and departments within the organization to allow for smooth and professional business operations.
