I qualified as an Occupational therapist in 2005 and for the majority of my professional life have worked with children, young people and families in the education sector. This experience, combined with experience of managing children's NHS/education/social care OT services, have all been used in creating Sensory Inclusive Schools. Sensory Inclusive Schools embraces a shift from traditional, lecture-style “propositional training” to a dynamic, two-way learning process. This collaborative, partnership-focused model moves beyond “we teach, you listen,” with our sensory therapists adapting and coaching in line with your specific needs and those of your setting.Partnering with us will help you embed the key principles of Sensory Inclusive Schools within your environment through a blend of online training, an interactive forum, and weekly peer support drop-in sessions.
