Work closely with our construction clients on their contract bond needs, keeping the bond company underwriters up to date with current information, and facilitating exchange of information between contractors, underwriters, CPA firms, and banking institutions. Provide a quick turnaround time for bonding requests, including issuance of bid, performance & payment, and maintenance bonds. Experienced in expansion of contractor bond program through collateral and funds control programs.In addition to responsibilities associated with the bond department, have also played a role in our agency marketing and served as the program administrator for our value added services program.
