Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment of strategy and vision on projects/product releases.

Engage project sponsors and business stakeholders to implement enhancements to existing and new systems. Become familiar with the various job functions within our Service Center in order to work with the development team in writing user requirements. Assist in testing, documentation, training and roll out of new systems and products. Communicate and coordinate with management on timelines for development and production schedule. Manage multiple initiatives and understand at a high level the impacts of all the projects in flight. Work with the development team on phased roll-outs when applicable, gather user feedback, work through issues, etc. Assist the teams with support until project is fully integrated into the Service Center.

Express Funds was a Remote Deposit Check product that was introduced to the Service Center. Trained approximately 300 employees on the product and worked with the third party vendor on merchant escalations and continued training needs. Worked with the internal development team on the boarding and servicing systems. Led a a team of 4 advocates who worked directly with merchants on funding and support concerns.
